Funny, I guess that is why their customer services are crap, there was no 'service' at all, and people like you accept these sort of crappy 'service'.
So what if they were scared at? It is not accepted, is this written anywhere in their terms of usage? Cancelling all previous pre-order without even a warning is even worst.
It's like their so called 'customer service' department is looking for their customer to 'provide them with service'...
3A made the stupid mistake of doubling their refund, the forum thread owner already said he intended to return it, but is working on the currency conversion rate, how is this 'an act of thief'...
