我只係覺得有爭論點點解CEO會咁火。無話CEO係今次事件上對晒或者錯晒。

The reason for argument was that a guy on the Day 1 brought in a mask without a box and asked for exchange. He was asking for the same problem, the sales opened up 3 boxes and let him choose. He then finally took one away. I then followed him in the cue for exchange of my body( I came back in 10min after buying after opening up in B1 of CTMA). After my changing, this gay came back again and said that he was not satisfied with the new mask and wanted to change again.
Then I have got the same issue and just brought the mask without the box like the guy and asked for the same request.
Any difference?
The sales then refused for an instant exchange and requested 1month waiting.
She also thought that it was a problem and agreed to do so.
I initially agreed to do so and dropped down my name and cell phone no. on the request note.
But then I asked the reason for allowing the previous guy to have exchange twice but not me and have to wait for 1month. I also complained of the lack of so called exchange once statement on the order form. Then CEO started to takeover and rejected my case.
He just asked me to consider them as battle damage version or repaint by myself.
If he considered them as normal, that's fine, but he was not.
I don't need to mention about the remaining.
Our member has heard what he said, no matter what's the reason, would a boss of a shop talks like that.

I understand that I should be neutral in this forum, my main reason for posting this was that I felt discomfort with what he talked to me.
Am I begging him for a 1K toy? Even for a 5-6K Studio Halfeye toy would have problem, I would just repaint or repair it by myself, I will not ask SHE to get a replacement. But same problem with different handling by different staffs and CEO, what is the point?
I just want to express my feeling here, why is this CEO會咁火?
By the way, I have tried my best to repair my masks but failed, though some members may have got their exchange right away, esp. the one on Wednesday.
Since I am not talking about the issue of QC here and I have painted the masks, so I would not post any pics.
Please understand my point.
I am referring to the attitude and manner.
Thank you for all your concern, I think most of us should have understand my feeling.

P.S. I will enjoy my life with robots, rider and ultraman.
Ironman 3 and 6 are the only 2 toys which are not japanese origin in my life till now.
