其實我諗HT好多都應該係朋友親戚, 佢地會將自己感情放係sale野果到,
心情好就笑, 心情唔好就黑面, 可能咁樣 ...

日本人在這方面很在行,沒有人會用心情去"招呼"客人。

我亦不見得我們為何要理解銷售人員的月經心情,貼錢買難受。

I talked to my friend in CMS in the past. Though you may said that the product of CMS is easily breakable, they have hearts and good attitude to consumers. You may not know, many Japanese will  contact CMS for exchange, e.g poor painting, malposition, anything you can never imagine. The after sale department will still entertain these requests and they actually stock dozens of boxes esp. as parts for changing. (even the whole core body).

Japanese is really better at 顧及客人, they will not only think of making money alone.
For many Hong Kong companies, making money is still the main target, 顧及客人 is not an issue at all after they have collected your money.

Anyone in TD may know the secod-hand price of Hot Toys figure rise like a rocket recently, so like HK people style, Hot Toy's figures will sold out certainly especially those related to favorite films like Iron Man. Today many people just consider purchase them as investment which MUST earn. Thats what I think about the actually situation.
But of course, poor attitude to a customer should not be acceptable.

I don't know what the boss of Hoy Toy actually thought but somehow he may think that's not you give money to him to earn but he give you a chance to buy his figure and let u earn money at the same time. Just a guess.

In case you don't know, in the few years, both in US, Europe, signs like these are going up in many public service/government departments:

Hostile behavior will be tolerated, please treat our staff with respect.

Translation: anyone behaves badly will be asked to LEAVE!!!!

And I am not joking, ask your friends overseas if this is true.

why not file a complaint to the consumer council or write a letter to the movie production house (the license owner)????
