I got my mk 6 on yesterday and changed the body once for a large glue stick on the back on the same date. This resulted in 1h of waiting as a guy was choosing mask parts for exchange. He opened op 3 boxes and
Took one away in exchange. Then he came back again for a second change soon after my change.
When I came back home and checked my faces under bright light. The R eye of normal mask has got a tear drop like gold paint on the lower eyelid and the R. eye of scar face has nearly no black line ( so thin in such a way that the two eyes look so different in size) + excessive black marks between the eye brow area . I went for an exchange and got an argument with the CEO.
Initially the girl there refused to give me an exchange immediately and needed to wait for 1 month. I them asked her for the reason of allowing the guy on yesterday to exchange twice, then CEO came up and said that those guys are obsessive and hot toy has started to reject this kind of exchange. He even said that I can do all the painting job again if my techinque was good. I told him that cleaning up the eyes will result in damage of clear part with thinner. He said that he would just consider these kinds of defect as battle damage despite the even sizes of eyes or paint on normal eyes. I said that in that case, should I just buy a plain cast and paint the whole thing myself. If you think like that, hot toy is not suitable for you, we don't need you as consumer.
What a CEO, I will never buy or look or touch any hot toy anymore.

=>>I will not waste my time and petrol for such minor problem. Such a poor QC like Medicom is well known for Hottoys now, I am not that obsessive but face and mask are the most important thing. I don't mind any problem with Tony as never use human head.
d) Final words: "好好享受生活", what did he mean????:67:
Excluding the QC issue, no matter the problem is large or small, should the CEO of such a company talk like that to a consumer?
I am concentrating on the problem of attitude and manner but not the QC.
I have accepted this Mr Chan's advice to do a repainting, the scar mask is better:51: but the normal mask failed:67:. I scratched that extra gold eye drop from the R lower eyelid but resulted in a small hole over the gold paint. :72:. I will just keep it in battle damage version and put this so called collective figure in the corner of my cabinet. |
