同情及同意樓主大大....
因為non-hk 買家好難/ 不能換貨, 變相ht 不會見到聽到咁多"阿之阿左" 麻煩野...
hk locals 因為你有門市, 可以上黎換, 相比就好似加重左佢既 cost...
不過 hottoy...你一係唔做 frontline 門市, 只做online 直銷, 否則唔該做好你既 customer service,,,
我地比既 $$$$, 係包括你既"服務"...唔止件 "玩具" 啊

my gf bought Ironman MKIV to me qc hv many problem too !! my first one tim , I very unhappy cause of my brithday gift , I  didn't suppose is too bad of the hottoys qc .  六神合體 超合金魂 which I bought recently , the qc very good , maybe cannot compare with this one , but this toy give me support not all expensive toy is not equal the qualily is good ., but hottoys .....
