Hottoys Ironman Mark VII malaysia being stolen

Just to share with you all some news from malaysia Hottoys Ironman Mark VII being stolen before reached Malaysia Hottoys distributor... alot of the collector might facing the cut stock issue after waiting for a year... Will Hottoys help on this issue or care about this issue ?

还没到达马来西亚HOTTOYS总代理之前被盗...很多收藏家可能面临削减货源的问题，等待了一年HOTTOYS马克VII这样就没了...

是否HOTTOYS在乎这个问题或帮助这个问题？现在要买都给人炒贵了。。。。。

Really sad news for the brothers in Malaysia.  Nonetheless, it is solely the responsibility of the local distributor or its mover.  HT should not be responsible for any country's criminal activities.  However, it would be nice if HT has extra stock to supply.  

But I really doubt if the local distributor will pay HT again for this extra stock.

Yes we know that this is not what we want ...but for sure there must be insurance being purchased for this container and we are sad that cutting stock issue even I have preorder the DX12 a year a go also being cut stock by hottoys according to Malaysia distributor... for me is like no point of doing preorder if hottoys will cut stock ... But above mention all is from malaysia distributor how true is that i m not sure
