Distributor can tell you everything same but they need to tell Bandai to do something.

If they didn't, you should email bandai Japan HQ and tell them. if they refuse to fix, just go facebook and open a petition or complaints so anyone with Sad will post there.

Bandai will have no choice but to fix the problem.
