Lost and found of ARX 7[ ALTER ARX-7 錯件唔樂部]

I bought my ALTER ARX 7 from Japan but the left hip joint was defective. This made me down for a few days.


So I sent an email to ALTER for help. After they have seen my pics, they sent me a whole lower part of body for replacement. Thank you ALTER!!:^  Your service is really great.






Excluding the defect, this toy is really great.
The articulation is good and joints are firm.
The painting is up to standard and looks like a ready built model.

我都send左email去,
除左之前講ge錯手件(無拎槍右手)之外
因為個"口"(其實算係塊面)斜左, 所以就影埋相send去, 睇下佢可唔可以比個好頭我
因為對我黎講, 頭係一個機械人估左靈魂ge70%, 斜左好難頂...

They ask me for the part needed.
I aksed them to send me the whole lower part as the hip joint may be damaged if you pull the hip out.

咁佢都好好服務同俾埋道歉信，
就算隻野貴條氣都順丫，
其實玩具有時貴過電器，
好應該有返少少保養時限（如一個月又好，三個月又好）
