I bought it from 1999.

I used Excite on line translator to translate my english letter into Japanese. Though grammar may be wrong, they understand it. As long as you give them full pics for reference, it should be enough.


They then asked Alter Mainland China to reply me & help me for further replacement.

Finally Japan Alter sent out the parts by EMS after clarification with Altet China.

Since several members have asked Alter for replacement after seeing this post, they seemed to have tightened the conditions for replacement. e.g. Japan toy but not hong kong toy.

The shanghai reply only tells you that Japan Alter will soon send you the parts. You should better ask them for the EMS no. when Japan Alter sends out the parcel.

到E+都只係得日本ALTER覆我一次...
我夜少少再SEND一封去問下點先...
或者因為我D件細, 用普通MAIL寄比我, 要耐少少都唔定...
