Simply talk to them that it is unreasonable for a customer to take a "video" during unbox to prove that the product having defects.
Ridiculous........................

當年買隻合金魂新三一, 一直擺係度冇拆過, 約10年後搬屋時拆包裝掉盒, 點知一開盒成隻右手跌咗落嚟, 合金關節都斷, 完全冇仇報.  第二隻合金魂帝皇好在一買即開, 今次到右腳股關節合金斷開, 即時比返店舖去更換, 不過都等了多月才收到.  我覺得買後最好即場開箱檢查, 死有對證

都係個句，fans寵懷晒所致，每次d qc幾差，用料、設計幾垃圾都好，一定有班死忠出嚟硬撐，亦有一部份鬧完，下次都係照落搭，d錢咁好賺，我哋係bandai都唔會諗要改變要進步啦，最後咪一次又一次咁挑戰玩家們嘅底線...

I told Marco exactly the same way. He just act like a MP3 and repeatedly gave me the same answer. ”Is it possible that U have kept a video of unboxing the toy in a sealed condition???“ at least 5 times
I SAY : N. O. I can given them a video to show the defect again but not time machine version.

No worry, I have planned to quit all BANDAI products. I buy toys for fun, not to prove that I am not thief or destroyer. They just like asking me to provide CCTV evidence to show that I did not damage  their products.

All companies are like this, never ask for VIDEO!!! I play and buy toys for 30yrs, this is my first time to hear this request.
Have u ever seen GOODSMILE asking u to give video?? They even send u a whole box. Even Takara Jp  /Habro US will send u the whole thing if it is really defective. Hasbro US sent me a whole box of Victory Saber Set for replacement.
