1. Yes, you are right. Only sane one would talk like that to customer, but that's what he said.
2. I checked the kit in the basement of CTMA immediately and got an exchange within 10mins.
How can I notice all problems under that kind of dark light in Hottoys?
3. I have repainted them last night, I can never given you any pics.
P.S. I am not arguing about the QC of this MK6, I am talking about his manner and gesture.
I sum up important wordings from CEO in chinese.
a) Hottoys並不適合你 x 2 by CEO
b)回去玩你的樹脂 toy
c)如果我今天給你,,明天你會回來 for 一個新的黑線
=>>I will not waste my time and petrol for such minor problem. Such a poor QC like Medicom is well known for Hottoys now, I am not that obsessive but face and mask are the most important thing. I don't mind any problem with Tony as I never use human head.
d) Final words: "好好享受生活", what did he mean????:67:
Allowing somebody to change parts for the same problem just before me but not allowing me in doing the same thing, why? CEO just said that that kind of customer has gone to far and he would like to start rejecting such kind of changing. He has the eager to get back his stock and pay refund instead of changing parts for them!
I can never imagine such kinds of words to come out from a CEO.
If you just tell me, ONLY BROKEN PARTS OR DEFECTIVE PARTS can be changed.
Painting problem is not accepted, then I am OK. But CEO gave such kinds of comments, it is really unbelievable. By the way, when we were arguing, all his black face employees including fat black and tall thin black just stayed away from us and hide in the cushier.
I am not asking you to stop buying your beloved figures.
I just want to share my XP with you all and let you know that you may face similar problems in future if you go back for any exchange.:cool:
For me, I will not buy anything from a company with such kind of attitude and grandiosity.

By the way, in years ago when Hottoys was still small, this Howard Chan served me very well when I bought an old EX FEWTURE GETTER 2 from them.
I needed to open up three boxes as 2 of them have got cracked painting on the chest and head.
But now, he has changed so much..................money can really change anybody.:69:
