I remember also seeing this in Jusco Taikoo when I was in HK last few weeks ago, someone switched out the Punishers with some GI Joe!

This is from someone who returns a toy after switching out a figure they don't want.

If you mean Hasbro forcing you to buy unwanted figures, I still don't see it.
Sure, you have unwanted figures from boxset in GI Joe or other series, but it is no excuse to switch out that figure into new boxsets and returning them.

This is no different from being a thief.
