They are both. The Tumbler is basically the normal military tank. It is a Batmobile.

The Tumbler is just what's commonly called to specify which Batmobile it is. The Bandai name even calls it Batmobile (ver. Dark Knight) and it is correct.

其實batman既車一般都稱"batmobile"
但係新一輯batman呢部車本身係為左軍事用途的裝甲彈跳車，個名叫做"tumbler"
所以兩個叫法都唔可以話邊個錯！:58:

有看過Batman Begins的, 應該知道軍方的Tumbler的顏色是用迷彩, 不是全黑的。所以兩部車的名稱是不同。
