Not sure...:(   But, according to my memory, the programme was shown on English channel(?) (it was quite boring on Saturday afternoon for children at that time as many media were boardcasting horse-racing) and it was a series (more than 1 episode) covered many different areas of hobby  i.e. not limited to toy soldiers.:64:

Yes, I remember this scene!  Their presentation (including camera shooting angle) and story-telling technique are very impressive making you believe that the whole show is real!:78:
