After watching Brother Lui's 1/2000 SDF-1 post outside (still in discussion), I took out my 1/5000 Wave (movie colour ver) from my office's drawer (lying there for more than 2 years:()  to have a look.  It is not bad indeed with the rectangular camouflage.  If a wash is applied, the effect would be even better.  If its scale was 1/3000, it would be perfect.:$   For me, 1/2000 is still ...:oh:

Just for reference, Hasegawa 1/48 F-14 costs about $3xx (4800 yen) (but it was released long time ago with long and unleveled gaps needed to be filled by putty:no: ).

MG is the only model kit I build in these days... :unhappy: I don't have the skill of painting/modelling. :49: And don't have the time too.
I have the 1/72 VF25 sitting in my house for months, still haven't touched it yet.:sleep:

By the way, I am hoping Bandai would make MG Zock :$ after release the MG Guntank. That is the only '0079 robot' left to be done in 1/100!!! And I want it to see it happen oneday. It will close the 0079 MG collection. :!
