:73:  Sorry, Brother...I am afraid it is not exactly.
I think the colour scheme of this 1A is something like that of US Navy in the late 70s or early 80s i.e. very colourful one.  According to the experience gained from the Vietnam War, US Navy/Air Force believed that such colourful planes are easily to be located by missiles (infra-red?), and therefore they turned all warplanes to low-visibility schemes since mid-80s.  (I like the LV most!  Brother BlackAce knows me well in this regard.:35:)  
But nowadays, as the missiles are very advanced and can lock their targets from far distance, the colours of warplane doesn't matter (except for stealth type) and these colourful schemes re-appeared in the late 90s.:64:
