D. Nova: large scratch mark on sword

Balking: Left leg can be abducted well.

Dangaioh left forearm: a small crack on the sliding parts.

=>>>all needed to be dealt.

我隻Dangaioh left forearm主翼位都有小小「崩」　但唔知係０米自已整的「玩時主翼件件太鬆從left forearm分離跌左落地」　算了:(

If you have the experience of parts deficit, deformed parts or missing paint on certain parts, you will understand my point. Several members have encountered such problems in the past and SupermXX helped them immediately.

For lower price toy, I will alway go for price, for expensive toy, I will always go for service.

I absolutely agree with you, 4G bigbig. SHE items are different from those mass productive items, like Bandai toys. Sometimes, they may be broken during the process of transfer from Japan to HK. Although I have friend in Japan who can help me to buy the limited version of SHE items with a cheaper price, yet I still prefer to buy my SHE toys through Supermxx. I am willing to pay for the after sale service if the price difference is only a few hundreds. I buy their service and I pay for 安心. :(

N.B. SHE is quite stubborn, they will sometimes ask you to send them the whole box for repair if the involving parts are not parts that can be detached easily. They say that each part is tailor made and each has to be fitted by trial and correcting. That's what they do after one of our memebr asked Uncle Ming to help in getting the mouth of the Red Lion Grungust. They said that the mouth part was "tailor made"...

I believe that each of the SHE items is really tailor-made. Take this example, I have 2 轟龍, one normal version and one limited version. The fists of the normal ver 轟龍 cannot fit to the limited version. The size of fists has minor difference. Sometimes, I guess, they may not be stubborn. They just want to fix the problem in an ideal way. :78:

小弟英文程度唔高，大大係咪想問Gaiking同Balking係咪已經發售左？
Gaiking係2007年3月發售，早已沽清；因配合今次Raiking初次面世，依家再生產，可以訂。
Balking係2008年1月發售，早已沽清；因配合今次Raiking初次面世，依家再生產，可以訂。
Raiking係2009年3月發售，可以訂。
