於下集的故事中，將會再次與《Thor》系列crossover。Lorelei(Elana Satine 飾) 將會首次登場，一名擁有迷惑任何男人能力的女神，於漫畫中她為著名角色The Enchantress 的妹妹。
為對付這名擁有危險能力的女神，Lady Sif 將會降落人間與特務們一同對抗！

曾參演電視劇《Heroes》的演員Adrian Pasdar 將會在《Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.》中飾演Glenn Tablot，此角色在漫畫中是General Ross 的親信，兩人曾多次嘗試追捕Hulk。另外值得一提的是
，Adrian Pasdar 在多部Marvel 動畫和遊戲中為Tony Stark 配音。

希望第二季的发展希望可以接下第一季尾的高潮, 而且故事应该会承接到明年上映的复仇者联盟2, 且看Coulson会不会回归复仇者联盟2.
