It's great that Patrick Stewart is back reprising his role as Professor X in X-Men: Days of Future Past. I wasn't sure if we'd ever see him again after he was killed off in X-Men 3: The Last Stand. He wasn't sure either!

Bryan Singer tweeted a new photo from the set of X-Men: Days of Future Past, which came with the following caption: "The dark knight rises." Of course, it's really Michael Fassbender's Magneto rising. I've also included a couple of other set photos featuring President Nixon and a protest

X-Men: Days of Future Past is deep in production, and I've been enjoying the photos that director Bryan Singer has tweeted out. Here are a few more photos from the set that I'm sure you'd love to see! They feature Nicholas Hoult as Beast fighting Michael Fassbender as Magneto. It looks like a pretty intense scene. I'm sure a lot of the X-men characters are going to want to beat the hell out of Magneto

There's still no official word on whether Fox is going to show off any X-Men: Days of Future Padt footage during their panel at Comic-Con this year, but they're doing a good job teasing the movie, so I'm sure it's going to happen!
Above you'll find the head of a Sentinal from Task Industries, and below you'll find several character portraits from the movie, thanks to the official X-Men Movies tumblr. They include our first look at Omar Sy as Bishop and the new outfits that the other characters will be wearing. You'll also see young and older versions of Wolverine.
