Yes you are right.
The joint is too tight. I have to use cutter to trim down the ball joint a little bit before it can be attached and detached smoothly.
If forcely pushed it, wings may damage or the back pack may not be able to be pulled out again.

BTW, it is really too plastic, wrong decision too. If it is the same as tamashii llimited wing zero, it would be better.
