GFFMC = specific tech (i.e. metal skeleton, PBS material etc) + Katoki
Metal Build = GFFMC - (minus) Katoki + other producer

Hence, they are not mutually exclusive stuff, once Katoki interested in some Gundam stuff, there will be GFFMC;
once Bandai want to release more out of Katoki's schedule, Bandai will employ other relevant producer and make MB

    my bad... forget about the 0 Gundam... even I have one...

coz both series are incredibly popular right now. good for
us and bad for our wallet

我個人喜歡metal build, 因為我覺得GFFMC的表面真係好膠, 我覺得表面應該是反光的, metal build還可以做到------如果連表面都是金屬就好了
