Me too. I have to pay $16.31 tax since I am in California. The Headquarter of Sideshow is in CA which is close to L.A. However, the tax they added is still relatively low 7.25%. The place I live everything is 9.25% above.

The site lists as "Est. Ship Date: October 2011". I ordered few figures from Sideshow before. The shipping date always keep changing. It really depends on the manufacture (Hot Toys) how soon they can ship the figures. Often time Sideshow has no idea when they can ship the item. Hope it make sense.
