for a 4000000 house...you need to pay for 15000 to bank if you margin from bank.....so my point is not use more than 30% for my monthly saraly.....that means 15000x12 month=180000x20years=3600000 x p+or p- =3600000x0.4=1440000=almost 6000000 for a house...so you have to paid 2000000 interest wor...if you use 2000000 to inverest...what you you get in 20 years?????at lease x2 or 3 la....
