雖然calvin都講得好有道理, 但我始終覺得買樓先算係有一個自己既家...:34:
now i am planning to buy next year...2010.....cos you can't not use more than 30% of your monthly saraly....so if you want to buy a house for 4m....that means you have to get 50k per month...50k x 30%=15kx20years=720m...so interest will be 320m...that cost alot...if you rent....like i rent 6500 per month...6500x24x20=321m.......that means i don't need to pay interest.....so you can save 400m for inverest......:36:
