yeah, the pants are too hip-hop.
Head is copied from HT's NSW Navy SEAL Russell Crowe head.
Also, VBSS (which stands for Visit, Board, Search and Seizure) SEALs aren't usually armed with M-14s. That's the mistake that HT made with one of their figure VBSS figure. VBSS SEALs, which board ships, normally carry CQB weapons obviously.
A M-14 with a suppressor carried by a VBSS SEAL doesn't make sense :72:
