    Um...the title is a statement. why would I need to add a ? in the end? I did see them. I am now asking if anyone knows the ID numbers.

I'm not trying to start an argument with you.  As you stated, the title is a statement.  A statement is not a question.  You said you did see them, but you did not state that in your original thread.  You posted the title "New Kreo Wave 3 Sighted", but all you did was ask if anyone have seen it and what are the ID numbers.  Those are questions.  That's why I suggested a ? at the end of the title.  You got my point, that's why you created another thread this time using a question as the title.
