Dear Sir and Madam.
I bought your product RAH Kamen Rider Shadowmoon from your HK agent "Mani" at 30th Apr 2009, when i opened it i found its leather suit had a FEARFUL goffer and worn-out! I can not accept at all that i costed a very high price but i got a damage item from your company. I claim to change a new one as soon as possible stoutly,and do not want to see the bad case like RAH Hibiki change case last year.
And, Pls get the attachment for the pics of the BROKEN SHADOWMOON

我於2009年4月30日購買了Medicom香港代理萬信有限公司代理的貨品RAH蒙面超人影月。開盒後發現全身人做皮衣有嚴重的皺折和破損,我實在無法接受購買如此高價的產品還有這樣的質量問題,我堅決地要求貴司盡快予以更換。且不希望出現上次RAH響鬼超過一年的換貨事件,請貴司盡快處理。
