When I bought my second box in Tai Po, I opened up and checked the parts as usual. I discovered that there were 3 small black rings lying around the Baan Gaan. When I checked it carefully, I found 2 more red screw like rods. I asked the shop owner to get a new one. Before I opened up another box, I found that the 3 wheels on right arm were detached. The most problematic thing was that one of the red screw was missing. So you can't fix it at all. So I opened another box and took the Baan Gaan inside for exchange.
P.S. The owner said that he would keep that defective Baan Gaan for his own display in shop.
