Did you get it from shop other than SupermXX in this time??
Otherwise, you should have checked it and the exchange would be immediate.
Only ship ship will do an exchange with Japan and ask you to wait for 1 month!!

I was too lazy to check in the shop, just open the box take a good look and take it  back home... I don't normally check toy unless from shop that I don't trust or a shop that I just started to buy toys from.

I am not even sure if he has any extra stock on this one, I better call him and see if he has any, if he does will go back and exchange, but if not, and need to wait for a month... I will just give up heheh too lazy...

Any Big big can recommand some paint  for me to use?? Which is the best paint that give glossy finish?

And nowaday ... 90% of my toys are from "American Super Hero" la... heheh :Q

Yes, you should do that.
In the worst case, you can still get the one in the display cabinet for an exchange.

By the way, QC of SHE is good. But checking of SHE toys is still necesary as the parts are so small and delicate. Sometimes, you may miss something. But missing eye is really very rare.

For SHE, they will usually change the problematic part rather than the whole box.

I will never get this feeling from Ship Ship. They will just ask you to send the whole box back to Japan for repair!!
