Upon some more search....  I think the guy Sagat is holding is 火引強.  Notice young Sagat's eyes whiting out?

I remember now, 火引強 is a 泰拳 fighter.

The 天狗面具 one is just Dan's vision of his dad.

Regret that I can't remember the source that Sagat's eye was caught by 火引強.  anyway, u cool man!  :)
