sideshow and hong kong have different refund policy, sideshow
refunds doesnt mean hong kong HT will also refund.
and according to past experience, i dont think HT will provide refund
service for hong kong customers.
Of cause I understand policy and regulation applicable to HK and US are different. What I am saying is that t is ethically not right for HT not provide such option to HK customers when this huge delay happens. When customers paid the deposit, it was agreed that the good will be delivered this year, and we are not talking about 1 or 2 months delay (which is usual), it is now a year's delay.
