You have points and I can't say you are not reasonable. It is just different perspective and I select to look at the more positive side but of course I cannot expect everyone to think like me.
I do feel sorry for Hot toys sometimes, are they really as bad as some of the people claimed here? They have helped me many times to go above the policy to satisfy my request such as I broke the darth vader light saber, they still exchange for me, I missed the 30 days deadline and I just called them and they allow me to pick up later and I lost the receipt and they still fix the problem for me. If you ask nicely, they do try their best to service you.
Regarding delay of products, other than HB, I think most figures are released on time or early. Of course I am sure some people will say deliver on time should be a norm and nothing special and as you said, this can become a never end discussion and can loop on and on.
In any case, this is just peaceful discussion and it is not a problem we do not have the view. |
