Hey all, I managed to get a chance to open mine up just now. (Also bought from Inspoint)
Luckily I did not have the same problem as the bro who posted the pic. I did not find any paint chips or flaking. Although the body material is very soft and rubbery and could do with some more body paint to give it extra tones, all in all, I am happy with my purchase. The lights work just as they should. Articulations all seem to be in the right places, and fairly strong with ratchet joints. I hope the bro with the paint issue is able to exchange for another one. Good luck.
