you can try www.bricklink.com  but if you order from multiple seller,  the shipping will kill it

lego will do it,  but probably not to HK,  in the US,  each order charge US$4.95 shipping

I think it all depends what you are looking for

like I m in a project to make the interior for the Cafe Corner first level.  no set doesn't have that many 2x2 tile.  of course,  i look into bricklink and see which seller has the most lots that I want!  so cut down the number of seller will save shipping!  Lego.com has all of it too,  but the issue is some of the parts they dont have the color that I want!
