I sent one for my friend in HK, US$199.99+ sales tax, + 40 Shipping (probably ship two) and about US$35 wire transfer fee (bank charge, HK charge US$25 and my US bank charge like US$10), make it around US$300 to send one over, make it to around HK$2350
I saw it in Yau Ma Tei , but I am quite sure the price is not the normal one....it should be shipped fr foreign country. So guess can wait a bit but I think it will still more than 2000 I believe.
The ones that are everywhere are def. imported from abroad. There is no official Simpsons product released by Lego HK. I asked them exactly one month ago on their facebook page. They seem to imply that it will be released here in HK, but they have no price or details at all. So I will not trust them until I see the facts.
If the sellers here in HK go by the US price, then the product should only be selling at around 1600hkd, but if they are going by UK prices, then should be around 22XXhkd. Though I hav seen some selling thrm upwards to almost 3k.....such a ripoff.
