great project, using balsa is lighter than plastic board, but structural integrity? balsa board also have directional structural strength,i.e. it's strong at certain direction and planar force only. not sure if an inverter chopper will do the trick to realy make the BAT float?? do share any research you've done on the aerodynamics of it??
