It is all luck and timing.  I went there around the same time.  Got the number ticket around 1 something, saw Howard took a photo with him, ordered what I want and picked up the comic fair exclusive figure and went in the booth to take photos for over 20 mins.  Of course all along, I spent close to 6 hours.

HT certainly need better arrangement or perhaps consider not to join the ACG fair (just do their own exhibition and exclusive preorder at shopping mall) but to be fair to them, it is not as bad as some of you said.
