大家知唔知hottoys d 單有2個日期？

I bought hoytoys for many years, I only notice the date and time on the top right corner of the invoice..

Tonight I went there To collect terminator skeleton, they said they count the date on the top left of the invoice (I never notice there is a second date there). By that  date I am 4 mins behind cut off. They said sorry cannot give me.

I am very disappointed because today I went there twice (first time I forgot to bring the invoice with me), and they are being so harsh to customs

I dont think ung give them business again .

同埋何謂遲過左cut off 4分鐘?...派貨都未過1個月點解攞唔到貨?
就算係又關左上角個日期咩事?

Yes...我e家至知，

打去問佢地又唔講係計左上個日子。其他d單都係得右上，我根本冇留意左上有另一個日子。我今曰都由港島走去佢果度2次，差4分鐘都唔肯比貨我。

e家幫襯hottoys 次次都唔愉快，我應該不會再幫襯(I know they wont care )

just call consumer council and tell them, the bloody HOTTOYS are trying to set some new rules on selling. which is #$%@# not fair to customers. TOTALLY UNFAIR . . . . CALL get you deposit BACK{:1_213:}

取貨次序又的而且確係跟左上角日期時間
我有張第3日單，print既日子都係前一日
咁樣入定機既情況下應該向同客人確認訂購既時候解釋清楚，先唔會有咁既誤會..我形象中佢地好似冇解釋過
