I managed to fix part of it, the top doors now can be open and close. I just couldn't figure out how to fix the platform to make it rise up after the doors are fully open.
All the gears are in good shape as far as I can see after opened the bottom plate.
Any anyone have ideas, tips, or link to web page with help on this toy?
