我有日本地址, 但日本魂SHOP reject晒我既信用卡, 有無大大可以教下點樣做, 香港開既JCB卡可以嗎?

No one will do that.
Even you can order it but it will not ship it to you.
Theoretically the items are for Japan internal sale.
Those on hong kong bandai premium has got Licence, so it is different.

Order it in mk shops or bandai premium HK if it has got the Licence.
