    Short Answer, of course not, every movie has it's own Earth number designation =P.

Long Answer, just speculation. Until recently, Nick Fury in 616 is white.  Nick Fury in movie is black.

There are plenty of Ultimate Universe elements used in movies.  Makes more sense if they are scientists who worked with Connor.
