In japan, yes, a lot , official and non official limited toys and resin casts.
In hong kong, limited is limited but it is limited in varieties of old c3 limited toys(one yr later). Price is very high too. Other non official toys are nearly none. Normal toys are not as cheap as MK. Watching is ok but buying is ........
