Now Lego release the 2012 VIP Exclusive

10230 Mini Modulars

It suppose to be released on Feb 1st according to lego.com but it show up around beginning of Jan at the local lego store.

I also have the Grand Emporium,  Fire Brigade and Pet shop in full scale.  still regret i didn't buy the Green Grocer and Cafe Corner back on 2009

this 4 Lego become "hard to find" items, costed me a lot of $:70:

Among those five  Cafe Corner already a 神級價錢!  Market Place and Green Grocer are pretty bad, Grand Emporium and Fire Brigade are still easy to get at Lego store or Amazon at regular price!
