I cable has set up their own tv attena on the roof of your building for all  I cable clients in your building. It is different from your building's own attena. It can only be decoded by I cable TV box. If you take off the I cable TV box, your TV can never receive a good signal.

You need to ask I cable to switch your tv signal back to your own building's attena, but I cable will usually do it in a very slow manner.

I can understand tv in and out.
If you use cable directly from socket, there is no in or out.
If you use tv box, the in is from socket and out is to tv or DVD recorder.

But you must ask I cable to change your attena first.
