Why trust newspaper for legal issue?
There is no law, at least in HK, to copyright of your face. The product also has avoid any mention of APPLE license and products.
May be they can change the package name from "Steve Jobs" to a "IT Genius" to avoid any potential law suit.
If this is truely the end of the game, explain why there are so many Bruce Willis, Will Smith, etc look alike heads in the market now. |
