New member - Quick questions

Hello all, new forum member here, though not foreign to the site, as I have been reading everyone's post since about 3 years ago.  

Anyways, I have a question, I see a lot of forum members collect figures and items from either the Saint Seiya series or Gundam series.  Are these 2 the more common toy trends in Hong Kong?

I myself am also a collector, but not limited to the Saint Seiya or Gundam world, I tend to just purchase whatever I think looks good, as long as they are big and heavy, most of my collection are in the 12 inches range, I am even interested in ordering 1:1 scale movie replicas if it wasn't so expensive.

Thats a very elaborate collection you have.  The only challenges for me is that its not easy to buy toys in Toronto, and when they are available, they are extremely expensive.  I used to visit Japan once a year to pick up some toys, but have been putting off my trips since getting married.  The last time I went was in 09, so almost 2 years now, definitely returning next year to load myself up with some toys and trains stuff.....

Honestly, no doubt that playing/collecting toys in HK is more easier than everywhere.  Price is cheaper and a large range of toys u can get especially for Japan stuff.

I'm also visited Japan at 2009 and haven't been there for a long time.  Hope can see your sharing here soon and u can take a look at the top which show the method for photo posting here.  Although it is all in Chinese... :(

Thanks, no worries, I can read Chinese... i will take pictures and share them as soon as i get to it, right now, the new place is a little messy, i will need to get my display shelves setup and pust the toys up after

I'm an overseas collector too, so I understand the difficulty in obtaining your favourite items at a reasonable price.

Look forward to seeing you share your collection. We are all toy lovers here, and appreciate all sorts of toys, not just Saint Seiya and Gundam!
