Dio, JoJo 世界中的超級奸角，由第一部已登場的角色，性格自私自利，自己的親父也可毒殺，亦因這個父親，而和祖斯達家結下宿世恩怨！Dio 擁有無限魅力，叫人甘心為他而死！在 JoJo 第一部中，利用吸血鬼面具而變成吸血鬼，最後更和祖納桑同歸於盡！但卻霸佔了祖納桑的身體，於第三部再度登場，更學識使用替身 -- 世界，成為承太郎的宿敵。

Dio 的魅力，亦吸引到作者荒木氏，使到除了第二部外，每一部也有其影子，某程度上，他更是第五部的主角 -- 祖羅的父親。

Medicos new Dio ver is farly better than this Medicom ver if really want to compare. Medicos head scuplt is more surperb in my opinion. just my 2 cents though..

I got both Medicos and Medicom.  For DIO, both are great but Medicom gives you bother DIO versions in one package and I really appreciate it.   For 承太郎, the Medicos one is really bad, even for the repaint version.  The Medicom one really captures the true JOJO !!!!
