I don't think it is suitable to use  "Roll out!" for Exia as this is only suitable for Autobots in Transformers. Autobots are all  supposed to be Vehicles, thats why they said "Roll out"

In Transformers the context of "Roll Out" would indeed mean "Deploy/出動", but in this case it would mean "新機出廠" as herrickwok 大大 said.
