Agree, gaigar is only 23cm.
From the photo, GGG is only taller because it has longer 'lower legs'. I am guess it is between 25 to 28 cm tall.

Not only the shank, the joint between the thighs can also stretch to extend the length.I guess GGG (+helmet) will be around 29 cm tall.{:2_319:}
