u know what? faeces are made of small particals(actually, everything is), they can go through the small gap between the large intestine and the appendix or if they are stuck on the wall of the large intestine where the appendix is. only a small amount of undigested food molecules(or particals) is enough to trigger(W?:x ) the swollen proccess to start
(P.S. i said undigested food molecules becauses we human cannot digest everything we take in)

I know,but those undigested food (faeces or shXX) mostly mantain fibra ,and our human 's large intestine is moist,so we have said that the prob. is very very very low:34:
